Hello and welcome to Bellsai. I am Isabelle Johansen founder of the Bellsai Mindful Weight Loss Program. I created this program because I want to share what helped me and other Bellsai members getting in shape, be vital and live a healthy life style.

I'm passionate about health and fitness, and enjoy helping people. Coaching is not a job, it's my calling. I know that losing weight and developing good eating patterns are the matter of an efficient strategy, critical knowledge and skills as well as empowering beliefs. I offer to share with you my experience and my enthusiasm to make great changes happening in your life.

I enjoy teaching Kenpo Karate and Step Aerobics! Working out gives me so much energy and feeling of well-being!

With all those activities and my family life (I'm married with 3 children), meditating has become an essential component of my daily routine. Meditating grounds me; it helps me stay calm and focus at each moment of my day. Meditating gives me the drive to live my life to the fullest. And talking from experience, it takes more than just having a lot of energy.
